It's a nice complex along with very fair rent.

The maintenance and office staff address questions, concerns, and needs timely. There is an interest in the tenants and regularly activities are available to allow for involvement in the apartment complex community.

Great location. Grocery store and elementary school are less than 5 minutes away. Staff is very professional and friendly. The maintenance staff is probably the best I have seen. The grounds needs improvement i.e. power washing of siding, grass cut regular trees and shrubs need trimming and the pet trash centers need to be emptied daily! Parking is very tight. As far as safety, I feel secure.

Its a great place to live,,or at least my apartment is,, I could use a better dishwasher(mine has problems) and the dog underneath me is constantly howling when they leave it at home...but over all its been great . Anytime I need anything the ladies at the office always take great care of me. I do fill out the questionair all the time but I havent won anything yet. :(

We have lived at Avalon Hills for one year and find it a great place to live.
